Orlando Diaz
Co-Founder
Orlando Diaz is a 27-year industry veteran who currently serves as President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals, a 65-year-old trade association representing 57,000 loan originators. Throughout his career, Mr. Diaz has originated nearly 2 billion in loans and built a vast network of loan originators, realtors, investors, and developers. He is also a frequent moderator and speaker at real estate conventions and events. His experience has helped play a vital role in loan origination and loan underwriting for Nuvea Capital
Roland Pereira
Co-Founder
Roland Pereira is a 19-year-old real estate investor, licensed mortgage lender/servicer, and licensed realtor. With a strong foundation in real estate finance, he focuses on helping fellow investors secure funding while overseeing loan portfolio management and servicing at Nuvea Capital. As a certified Private Lender Associate and Fund Manager through the American Association of Private Lenders, Roland brings certified expertise in private lending and investor relations to his work at Nuvea Capital.
